we wouldn’t exist.
At Simalfa, we view quality differently
as
quality encompasses all aspects of our
business
including both manufacturing and non-manufacturing
operations. This total focus motivates the Simalfa
staff to
be the best. After all doesn’t everyone
want quality all of the time? We’ve never had a
customer
tell us they wanted a poor quality
product
or poor quality service. If they did, we would certainly
pass on the opportunity to a competitor.
Manufacturing
Have you ever received product of poor
quality and had your supplier say “It
must have been a bad batch”? Well, not
here… in fact, we have never had a bad
batch or returned product of poor
quality. We’re so confident in our
quality we guarantee it. We
employ the most
rigorous
process control in our industry. We
thoroughly test each raw material to
insure they meet our stringent standards
before being released for use in
production. Once in production, we have
total traceability of each raw material
to each Simalfa product being produced.
All of this is done via our IT system on
a real time basis. The combination of
processes, technology, quality raw
materials, and trained staff insures our
customers receive a great value from
team Simalfa.
Non-manufacturing
It
always concerns us when a supplier talks
about their product quality but never
returns a phone call in a timely manner.
This sort of conduct is unacceptable
and it represents one of many reasons we
believe a key component of quality must
be service. We always guarantee a prompt
and courteous follow up because its what
you expect from a supplier and its what
we expect of ourselves. At Simalfa it’s
straightforward, we care…

ISO Certification
ISO
9000 is a set of standards for quality
management systems that is accepted
around the world. Currently more than 90
countries have adopted ISO 9000 as
national standards. When you purchase a
product or service from an organization
that is registered to the appropriate
ISO 9000 standard, you have important

receive will be as you expect. In
addition, with the year 2000 revision of
the standard, quality objectives,
continual improvement, and monitoring of
customer satisfaction provide the
