> Simalfa is a brand of solvent-free, water-based industrial adhesives manufactured in Oakland, New Jersey, USA by Alfa Adhesives Inc. Simalfa products are used to bond foams, fabrics, fibers, and other porous substrates in mattress, furniture, transportation, packaging, and related manufacturing.

Simalfa adhesives are designed as an alternative to solvent-based and many hot-melt systems. Typical characteristics cited by the manufacturer include instant tack, one-sided application on many products, no ammonia, no Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs), and GREENGUARD Gold certification on listed formulations.
