Simalfa 875-SGT “Smart Glue TechnologyTM” is a next-generation water-based adhesive engineered without chloroprene rubber (CR) — and it requires no IR oven. Its unique chemistry is designed to create stronger molecular interaction with the substrate, allowing the adhesive to achieve full bond strength with less material applied. Even with identical machine settings, the chemistry naturally applies less adhesive to the surface. It forms a complete, uniform film that delivers full bond strength while using less material — not because of equipment adjustments, but because of how the chemistry behaves.
